Hong Kong stocks Thursday rose 245.09 pts, or 1.19%, to close at 20,868.91, following gains on Wall Street overnight.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 20,938.29 and 20, 819.61 before ending the day’s session. Turnover totaled 66.13B HK dollars compared with Wednesday’s 56.52B HK dollars.
